1. NO DATA COLLECTION

The App operates entirely offline on your device.

• We do not have servers.
• We do not have user accounts.
• We do not track your usage or location.
• We do not see, access, or upload your photos.

2. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR PHOTOS

When you select a photo for restoration, the App processes it using Artificial Intelligence running strictly on your device's local hardware (CPU/GPU/NPU).

• The photo never leaves your device.
• The restored version is saved locally to your device's storage only when you choose to export it.

3. APP PERMISSIONS

To function, the App requires specific permissions on your device. We use these purely for functionality:

• Storage / Photos: Required to allow you to select the photo you want to fix and to save the result back to your gallery. We only access the specific photos you select.
• Camera: Required to allow you to scan photos with your mobile camera.

4. PAYMENTS & THIRD PARTIES

The App offers a one-time purchase ("Derustify +") handled by the Google Play Store.

• Transactions: All financial transactions are processed securely by Google. We never see or store your credit card information or billing address.
• Receipts: We only receive an anonymous digital receipt from Google to confirm that the "+" features should be unlocked on your device.
